For over 30 years, Felix Unholz AG has stood for quality, reliability, and innovation in the field of electrical installations. The independent company was founded in 1989 by Felix Unholz and taken over in 2013 by Eva and Vincenz Sturzenegger, who have further developed and shaped the company with great personal commitment.
To prepare the company for the future while also involving the next generation, Eva and Vincenz handed over the operational management to Marc Werder in 2025. This marks a planned, conscious step: New energy for further development – without giving up the proven values. Thus Eva and Vincenz can now focus even more on the strategic direction and technical progress of our company.
Marc Werder brings not only solid expertise but also modern approaches in leadership, digitalisation, and customer orientation. As managing director, he takes on the responsibility of leading Felix Unholz AG into the next phase together with the existing team.
Our competencies today range from classic electrical installations to modern building automation, photovoltaic systems, lighting solutions, and network technologies.

Vincenz leads the company with foresight and technical depth. As the head for all electrical matters, he combines solid expertise with entrepreneurial instinct. He ensures that projects are implemented efficiently, reliably, and at the highest level.

Cyrill is our technical conscience – no MPP, no protocol leaves the house without his signature. With his profound expertise and highest quality standards, he ensures that our work is accurate down to the last detail – reliable, precise, and with foresight.

As Service Manager, Patrick is responsible for all service operations and ensures that no problem remains unresolved. With his exceptionally high technical know-how, he is the first point of contact for demanding challenges in the field – quick, competent, and solution-oriented.

Eva ensures that the numbers are correct – precise, reliable, and with a trained eye for detail. As CFO, she maintains financial oversight, ensures transparency, and makes sure that business decisions are made on a solid basis. At the same time, as a Key Account Manager, she is close to customer needs and creates a strong connection between finance and customer relationships.
